Came home to a small water puddle below the thermostat in the garage. Needed to get Fuse out to our house for maintenance on our AC unit before the warm weather hits so decided to get ahold of them and get both jobs completed at once. Went to their site directly and scheduled for next day service and chose a time window. They text a confirmation. Super easy.
Dmitry was on time and very fast at dx'ing the small crack in the thermostat pump. He called and got a new pump same day, came back again, and installed. He also serviced the AC unit quickly. Both Eugene and Dmitry are amazing and come highly recommended.

We have used Fuse a few times now and Dmitry has been our technician every time. The first time was for our A/C unit and second time was for our dryer. It's been really easy and fast to schedule an appointment with him and his prices are very reasonable.
He seems to work us in during his lunch hour or works through his lunches, he doesn't seem to need to eat! He's seems very hardworking and accommodating to your schedule! He's quiet, not much of a talker, but very effective! Correct on the diagnosis each time, is thorough, and gets the job done! I would highly recommend Dmitry!

Dmitry is awesome! He scheduled the repair for the same afternoon I called, and the charge was fair. He repaired my fridge in a timely manner, and he even checked my oven when I mentioned that it bakes at a higher temp. I will be calling him next time I have an appliance problem!
